Mobile screen protectors with Biomaster technology

The screen protector market has seen a huge surge in demand recent years as more people realise the dangers posed by harmful microbes on high touch surfaces.

The Chinese company Guangzhou Ehang Electronics has launched a new range of mobile phone accessories with Biomaster antimicrobial protection to help reduce the risk of cross-contamination.

Ehang specialises in mainly tempered glass, flexible glass and whole body protectors for mobile phones. Thanks to the joint efforts of R&D personnel from Ehang and Addmaster, Biomaster antimicrobial technology has been successfully applied to the screen protection film and has enabled the development of a series of toughened glass, flexible glass, explosion-proof film, full-body stickers and other Biomaster antibacterial products.

Independently tested to ISO 22196, Biomaster’s antibacterial protective film inhibits the growth of harmful microorganisms, providing 24/7 effective protection for the lifetime of the product.

Ehang says it will continue to work with Addmaster to develop more antibacterial screen products for users and the market.

Based in Guangzhou in southern China, Ehang adopts a modern production management system, has a Class 1000 clean room and has passed the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification issued by TUV Rheinland, Germany.

Kevin Lan, R&D general manager of Ehang says: “ It has been a great experience working with Addmaster. We’ve received a lot of supports from their UK and China team and by partnering with Biomaster we are reinforcing our commitment to manufacture the most hygienic mobile phone accessories on the market today.“

Addmaster marketing Manager Karl Shaw adds: „We are delighted to be working with the renowned Chinese manufacturer Ehang. When combined with regular cleaning protocols their touchscreen protectors provide a much safer alternative for normal mobile phone interaction.“
