Food preparation areas need special procedures to control contamination issues. Good signage is important to enforce regulations and ensure that food is prepared and stored carefully and in the most sanitary manner.
Biomaster partner Sealwise has launched a signage solution combining the very latest in construction materials with the best in antimicrobial technology.
Foodsafe Signage offers a new range of high quality mandatory or bespoke signs for health and safety in the food industry and other sectors.
They are printed on Sealwise WCB (Waterproof Construction Board) a unique product made entirely from recycled PVCs. The material is light, rigid, tough and waterproof and has a service life in unblemished condition typically up to 15 years.
Sealwise is an excellent material for printing and suits all printing techniques.
The material also contains Biomaster antimicrobial technology. Biomaster works 24 hours a day to inhibit the growth of microbes for the lifetime of the product and is proven to be effective against most common forms of bacteria.
It is suitable for any application or sector, especially the food industry, helping create a healthier environment by reducing the opportunities for cross-infection from contaminated surfaces.
UK Sales Director at Sealwise Ben Griffiths explains: „“From our involvement in the food industry we saw there wasn’t a signage offering that had been designed to meet the demands of their environments.
Our goal for FoodSafe Signage is to offer mandatory and bespoke signage tailored to the industries needs at the same competitive price seen elsewhere in the market.”
